3. Eligibility & Registration

• Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law
• Corporate users must be duly registered entities under applicable Indian law
• KYC verification is mandatory before accessing investment or transaction features
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Capifide grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for legitimate financial services use. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, automated scraping, transmitting malware, using the platform for financial crime, or impersonating Capifide personnel or SEBI officials.

5. Fees & Payments

• Service fees as communicated in your agreement or displayed at time of transaction
• All fees in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Capifide may revise fees with 30 days' advance notice
• Government taxes and statutory levies charged additionally

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Capifide Technologies. No part may be copied, distributed, or modified without express written consent.
